3WEB：80有PROXY，25封了，其它如：23没用PROOXY。
NETZERO：没用PROXY，25封了。
AOL：用VPDN，我不喜欢。

They have web proxy but you can choose not to use it. But they do filter certain ports like 135, 137-139/TCP for your own good. They don't block any other ports as far as I can tell.
