那就不要申请citibank的了，寄表和发卡是两码事，citibank的信用卡要求很严，如果没申请过最好去TD bank等银行申请secured credit card.

I am using a SONY Card from citibank. I apply it from the web. I entered my employment status and salary, and I got it with a credit limit of 10K. Seems no check on this at all.

not sure about SONY card, I applied Citibank Gold last year and failed
