如果两个人都在加拿大原则上应该在加拿大办理否则以后再婚时会出现问题,有可能不承认在中国办理的离婚,这样就要重办,劳民伤财.详情可致电416-2939117问讯.

原则上在加拿大居住超过一年以上应该在加拿大离婚但也有在中国离的如果你肯定在中国再婚那在中国离婚应该没有问题.但加拿大是不承认的.
