信用卡公司没有这样的规定. 只是不同的商家有不同的规定, 你只管用就是了,不行的话收款员会告诉你.

Credit company will charge 3-4% of the transaction from the merchant. That is how credit card company make money. That is why lots of stores don't like to charge by credit. There should be no minimun limit.
