枫下茶话 / 法律 / 请教，住满3年交申请表后回国，等接到通知后回来考试宣誓，这样会有问题吗？ 我个人理解这段时间的回国应该不会影响到身份申请。

我也在想这个问题。而且，从递交国籍申请到宣誓，什么情况下，要通知CIC离开加拿大超过4个月（楼下有个贴提到这个）？譬如递了申请就回国。

Four weeks. So CIC won't arrange testing or oath when you are absent.

If I inform CIC before I am required to take exam or oath that I will be away from Canada more than four months, are they going to pend my case or reject my whole application?

4 weeks! weeks! weeks! I am talking about week. CIC just want to make sure you are available. If 4 monthes, I don't know.

Off course, you can go any where, just make sure somebody get letter for you and you can come back on time.If you don't inform the CIC, and CIC give you a testing or oath time, you have to follow. The time can not be changed.
