你要什么办法呢? 记录是肯定有的. 一年里会次次查. 解决方法是肯定有的. 老实报关就行了.

可不可以和他们打官司，如果打赢了，会不会就没有记录了．再请问你一下，如不打官司，记录在一年内会不会自动就取消了？

这个完全不必担心，他们完全是为了征税，这是一个建立在税收上的国家。意外的是，陆路入境居然也这么严，通常这种事都发生在机场海关，而且被查的大多是移亚洲民，绝少白人特别是本地白人，所以没有官司好打任罚吧。
