Ëû上课是用英语，还在澳大利亚呆了1年，英语不是很差，机械专业。发了一千多的简历。他的问题是没有加拿大本地工作经验，没有雇主要的具体工作经验，年龄偏大(40)。

Cases differ from person to person greatly. I myself hold an MBA and found a good position in my field after 4 months job hunting. Salary package is better than most of the IT guys.
