枫下茶话 / 法律 / 诚恳向各位请教：准备申请入籍，要递交孩子的 birth certificate。请问在国内公证处办理的孩子的出生公证（有中，英文）是否符合要求？是否还需要这里的律师的 certificate ? 非常感谢！我在申请college时，国内办理的大学文凭公证OCAS不认可，仍需在这里找律师翻译公证。所以，我想知道申请入籍时国内办理的孩子的出生公证是否被认可？请办理过孩子入籍的人士提供有关信息，不胜感激！

Children born in China do not need birth certificate when applying citizenship, just need his/her passport and health card.
