your matress might be too soft, which is harmful to backbone. of course you can find 'firm' or 'very firm' one in stores. don't hesitate to ask salesperson.

加拿大的床一般有两个垫子你可以只要下面的那个。

下面的通常叫boxing，不一定都是木板的，也有弹簧的。但一定比matress硬，因为是用来支撑matress的，不是拿来睡觉的，boxing下面一般还要垫个铁架子，整套床就不会碰地板了。
