in excel, i create a new file, i click "save", nothing happen. then i close excel, then it will ask me "do you want to save this file", i click yes. then same message box pop up again and again.i can only choose "no", and quit excel.

你安装完后有没有打开一些什么文件啊。是不是那些文件中有病毒啊？否则即使你格式化后再装可能也是一样的。
