我理解不能. 婚后的房子属于AB共有. B有权让其家人居住. 具体要给A什么作为补偿, 需要双方协商. -armani7(.); 2006-11-3 (#3301857@0)

This case might be considered as a man-abusing(or harrassing)-woman case. Unfortunately, in Canada, men usually don't have the similar luck. Normally, once women claim they got abused or harrassed, true or not,the men will be taken away from the women in the first place, and can't get back to their women till they are proved to be innocent.

You can say that the law is not very fair to men, because it's in favour of women.
