open .rar by winrar, extract files to a directory. Winrar will automatically open other compressive files.

I haven't used it for a while. But I remember you only need to run the file with the extension .rar by using winrar.

BIN的文件说明这是个光盘的镜像文件。需要烧成光盘，或者用winiso之类的软件解包。
