You are not qualified yet. I think you may just turn 65, so you got the application form, governement didn't do a screen when they send out the form.

填了没有坏处，大不了就没有。老人金资格的问题比入籍或保留身份复杂得多。填non-resident的资料是要确认，否则谁知道你的配偶是non-resident呢？
