紫光输入法，好用。随便找个中文的搜索引擎，就可以找到。别用IME，垃圾。

i downloaded IME from microsoft.com, but installation requires office xp, so cannot go ahead, this is annoying, since i got offcie2k.

IME is different for office 2000 or XP,last time i change office to xp, had to download it again.so find the proper one.

Thanks for your help.

Control panel > regional options > input locales > add > Chinese(PRC).
Then edit "change key sequence". by default the switch is done by press left alt + shift.
