search "free nntp" on www.google.com, you will get tons of free news server. After a while, that server may be not open to public, just search a new one. Be careful, not all servers support tor.jobs.

You should search Rogers' web site first. I use 1 minute to get this answer: just use the name nntp in your configuration, and it will work.
