枫下茶话 / 法律 / 开车撞倒公寓门口的灯柱，索赔640。急，请帮忙朋友在公寓门口倒车，不小心撞倒了灯柱，就是那种黄色的水泥柱，上面有个灯。 灯柱到下，灯泡碎掉， 物业管理处留下电话和车牌号，三个半月后，物业寄来账单，说维修费用640，主要是有540的10小时的人工费。请问大家有什么好的建议。

嗬嗬，可能我们不懂法律，才会觉得什么都有道理之说，听别的朋友说在加拿大很多是没有常理的，单说修这个灯，我想也就2个小时，可人家报价是10个小时。没办法，先去试试看，要是请律师，还不如主动交钱了。

呵呵,很生猛啊,水泥柱都能撞翻,建议你朋友该买辆坦克开了. 开玩笑啦,.我的建议是别报保险,给钱了事.因为保险至少也有300~500的deduction.等于自付还留下记录.不合算的.
