1. Burn 3 CDs, and mail/FedEx/UPS to them. 2. Open a web/ftp server(cable connection is fastest), it needs 4 days * 24 hrs download by cable/Lan/ASDL in China, or no less than 2 weeks for phone line.

you can calculate time by this way:2*1024*1024*8 bits= size of files transfer through internet
You side:
Cable upload speed is 320 kbit/s
Bell High speed upload is no more than 160 kbit/s
Your friend download:
by phone line max. speed is 56kbit/s
by ADSL or 'Kuan Dai' may reach the full speed of you can privide.
