相约北美 / 移民留学 / 我和女儿正在申请公民，请问费用是先交200（成人）+100（孩子）的申请费，还是连同citizenship certificate的费用在寄交申请时一并邮寄去？时能否用Xpresspost邮寄申请材料？

I paid the application fee and citizenship certificate through the web, then printed the receipt and mailed through the PostOffice by regular mail (around 2dollars). No need Xpresspost, too expensive.

This is only one option, I also can pay through the Bank. and Mail the receipt from the bank too.
