I cannot believe that every international student has to go back to China to apply their study visa while they are continue to study in Canada!!

Does this mean I have to apply another US visa before I go there? If I fail to obtain Canadian Visa I have no where to go, right? cause the previouse one has been experiated!

如果你不离开加拿大的话，你就不需要visa，有study permit就可以了。如果你回国的话，可以在国内办visa。
