400$? impossible. at most 100 something for the 1st bill, then 22 for monthly charge. u can get cellular phone from any of bell, fido, cantel at&t, or clearnet. check out their websites for detailed info.

我所指的是安装固定电话所需要的所有金额要$400多元，移动电话我也问了都要VISA卡，可我办VISA卡要$5000块的担保，天哪！现在只有AT&T的cellular phone可以不要VISA可月租为$45（200分钟）可也太贵了点吧。请问还有那位大虾能指点在下的？

still confused. a cheap phone set only costs 20 bucks at most. I cannot see what else could cost your money. by the way, apply credit card on line, but leave SIN blank if u r not permanent resident.
