相约北美 / 移民留学 / 请问大家，填sponsorship 里面的Financial Evaluation 问题 ！请问大家，填sponsorship 里面的Financial Evaluation的时候，Name of supervisor 是填自己在公司的Supervisor,还是Employment Letter 里面签名的那位 ？ 还有，如果是年薪的，Pay Rate 还要填写吗？如果过去的12个月里面有2个月是no pay leave的，要不要把Employment 的时间也分开写在 Period I 和 Period II 上？先谢了！！！

my suggestionyou should put your own superviosr in the form, not the one appears on the letter, sometimes the one signs is from hr.
the rate, you can calculate the hourly rate, don't worry about the annual salary, the officer will read the employment letter, they'll get what you mean.
the last question, | have no idea, would you pls explain what "no pay leave" exactly means? does that mean you are unemployed? if so, u may separated the employment period, otherwise, leave it as a whole.

No paid Leave -- I took 2 months off without getting paid , because i have used all of my annual leave (2 weeks with paid) before. After that, i came back to the same company. Do I need to seperate the periods? Thank you very much!

ok, from what u said, I think you may consider the period as a whole since it's just like a vacation u took without pay, am I right?

Yes ! Then do i need to calculate 2 more months (total 14 months) from the day i applied since there's 2 months no paid?
