Lake shore at the Rice Lake Dr. N. (the place you showed me). We went there in the afternoon (6 of us, 3 with licenses).Spent 2 hours, got 1 cappie (released after).
Too cold, and at about 3:45pm, most of the fishers were leaving (and also the fish I guess.)
We didn't rent a boat because we were group of six and no boat was that big.
Sunday we found a funny thing, in one Chinese food supermarket (新龙华）there were large amount of cappies on sale (of course dead).
We couldn't resist so bought some and dined with great taste.

到好运渔具店(shapard & midland) 活小鱼作饵，1，99/dz
鱼杆随意，因为花则一般在半斤以下，无须搏斗便可起杆。
