1·确定硬盘上所有的东西你都不要了；2·用FDISK重分区再格式化，这样最彻底，FDISK对付不了的硬盘八成是坏了。3·建议找个懂行的朋友帮你。4·不客气。

No, u can't . It is NTFS. 98 Can't read that. only way is from 2000 or partiy magica change ntfs to fat32, then install 98

NO. He just want to remove Windows2000. So, Just use Fdisk to rebuild all partitions.
