Go into Router setup, put in static IP, subnet mask, gateway and DNS infomation. If you use dynamic IP,put in user name (may need DNS name) and password, select PPOE, check DHCP setting on the router, default is ok. On each PC, just chose use DHCP. You are in. This is normal setup.

I don't know anything about sumpatico access management configuration. I just tell you how to setup the Broadband Router. I think should work. I am not using sumpatico.
