should NOT be returned. but why NOT follow the instructions? if was returned due to this, do you think it's worthy? If I were you, i'd sign on a new one with BLACK pen as instructed. Good luck.

当然可以，但要提供相应的旅行证明，仅有订票是不行的，日子短于一周通常也很难（CIC需要做卡和邮寄的时间）。
