How to know if this cellphone is unlocked? I canceled rogers service and use for 7-11 speak-out sim card, look like ok, does it mean this cellphone is unlocked?

All Rogers phones are locked by default. Since 7-11 speakout operates on the Rogers network, it basically works with any Rogers phone. If you haven't unlocked your Rogers phone, it won't work with a 中国电信SIM卡.

1. There are some stores in Market Village and Pacific Mall you can go and ask. The cost of unlocking a phone may vary depending on its band and model. Smartphone usually costs more for unlocking than classic ones.2. Google it and see if there are other good alternatives.

中国电信 is CDMA. Rogers is GSM. You have to use Chinamobile.
