600 air watt is good enough for 3000 sq feet. I have been using BEAM for 4 years and very happy with it. The only thing is BEAM is quite expensive & I hope to find something at lower price

it is designed for homes up to 464.5 sq. m (5,000 sq. ft.). you can check costco website for detailed information.
