If I were you, I would look for Newegg and Amazon deals, similar sites for Canada. Slickdeals.net and dealsnews are what I think mostly reasonable. LX likely is correct. I personally never tried "price match". May work out.

Yes if you see a lower price elsewhere. They have price guarantees and will refund you 10% of the difference.

可以，跟买车一样。我还过，用美国的on sale价格去还，另外又降了100，还免去了financing的admin charge。就我自己的经验，所有的店，包括bestbuy, futureshop, sears, home depot等等都可以还价。

说到底，你如果买的东西店里能有点利润，你就有跟人讨价还价的余地，有些打折的东西跟员工价一模一样就不要浪费时间了。 到网上找些其它公司的报价去有理有据的讲价机会比较大。
