找华人协会，预约社工，他们有标准的ceitified true copy图章，你先把整本护照每一页都复印下来，在非英文的出入戳边上注明英文，拿去让社工盖章就可以了。

I just called CIC and confirmed that you only need to do certified copies for the pages that have stamps that are not in English or French.
