就我所知，只要你没有使用特别的系统调用，只是常规程序应该可以通用。我的一个软件就可以在不同的系统运行。还有一些系统调用可以监测系统版本。这样就更加好了。

You have to test in each environment although it usually works. I had this problem before.I had this problem before. An OCX does not work in Win2K + a special SP, then I had to download another OCX for that version. Be prepared, it is hard to say what will happen on the customer site.

Various OS definitely require different DLLs. For 'q3': it is test requirements for a project no matter what language you use. For 'q2': the deployment tool /with VS will include sys DLLs automatically.
