相约北美 / 定居入籍 / 老枫叶卡已经过期，新枫叶卡还没收到，暑假打算回国，起飞之前如果还收不到新卡的话，可不可以在国内申请travel document返加，或者用landing paper经美国陆路返加？

if your PR status is still effective, you can use landing paper to cross boarder from US, but only if you drive a car, not through flight, or bus. I did this last year.
