Sailor, 想问一下，晚会的参演网友，在参演期间（彩排或晩会），有无肖像权问题？如果只是为宣传之目的，而无商业或鸁利之嫌。义工呢？是否应该征求他们夲人的意愿？谢谢！

Nope. As this is a public performance event, RCA is capable to use photos of all performers without legal issue. We never had such problem since the very first Rolia Gala, which was 12 years ago. :)

有两种情况需要被拍摄者签字同意，一个是免除商业目的，一个是同意暴露肖像这种个人隐私。谨慎起见，最好让每个人都签字同意。
